What is the timeline for integrating STRABAG and implementing changes?
Georgiou will continue with current systems (COINS etc.) there will be minimal changes in operations. Changes in reporting will typically be at the corporate level and to a lesser extent on the business unit level.
Will there be any changes to reporting?
STRABAG financial year is different to Australia’s and runs over a calendar year (January to December). Georgiou’s financial team will be liaising with STRABAG’s financial team through the transition.
What support or resources will be provided to help employees adapt to changes?
We do not envisage additional resources will be necessary but will address as and if needed. As much as possible we aim to provide training, onboarding and information regarding any changes in a timely manner.
